I recently stayed at a hotel in the Alps for a skiing holiday and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always there to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's central location meant that we were within walking distance of everything we needed, including bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with new bathrooms recently installed. The showers were great and provided a refreshing experience after a long day on the slopes. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory, offering a good selection of options to start the day.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

During our Christmas vacation, we really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms with traditional furnishings, as well as the delicious and plentiful food offered at every meal. the hotel's central location and proximity to the ski lifts made it easy for us to access the slopes and enjoy a full day of skiing.
The outdated decor and lack of modern amenities in the rooms, such as no coffee/tea making facilities. the hotel's spa facilities were not as relaxing as we had hoped due to loud music, which detracted from the overall experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely en-suite. The food was incredible, with a wide variety of six courses to choose from. The hotel offered free ski storage right on the slopes, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, close to the lifts and the main square with its shops, bars, and restaurants.
The ski equipment from a specific ski shop was outdated and poorly maintained, causing trouble during the stay. The bathroom in the hotel room was small and the shower was a tight squeeze.
